Helina is a certified Reiki Master in two lineages – Usui and Usui Holy Fire, Pranic healer, Somatic Breathflow facilitator, and meditative sound-journey guide. She is the founder of Sacred Soul Magick, which began as a self-love mentorship for women, and has now expanded offerings to empower and support people through transformative healing, spiritual and wellbeing experiences.

Helina is a published ecopoet who walks the path of creative expression and energy-work to help others feel whole, connected, and happy within themselves. As an eclectic practitioner, she uses a blend of Reiki, magick rituals, meditation, mantra, sacred dance and sensual embodiment practices to empower, inspire, and support people as they walk their own paths of self-discovery and transformation. She offers group events and creates bespoke plans, tailored to the needs of people who work with her offerings, both in person and online.

She brings the richness of a career background in higher-education academia along with her multifaceted journey including shamanic training, Feminine Heart Embodiment, Munay-Ki rites, Tantric teachings, and devotion to Shiva-Shakti. Helina is dedicated to helping people embrace their light and their shadow to reconnect with their authentic power and live in natural alignment with their purpose.
