Roberta is a Spiritual Channel and Energetic Activator, who works with Crystals.

Being a sensitive from childhood, she trained in Psychic development to help hone her Channel; and Kundalini Yoga to help make sense of how to live with her abilities. Attuning her gifts from both a spiritual and physical angle.

Passionate about personal development, it was during a training in Luxor, Egypt, that she accessed and reawakened past-life expertise in working with Crystals & Crystalline technology to engender wellbeing.

This experience led to her founding Essential Sacred Self in 2014. A series of methods based in utilising the power of crystals, alongside breath work and guided meditation, to help create positive change and clarify purpose.

Roberta's work through the template of Essential Sacred Self provides support in engaging and embodying pure potential via individual and group sessions. Work she is honoured to provide to a Transatlantic clientele.
