Being a sensitive from childhood, she trained in Psychic development and Kundalini Yoga to help make sense of her abilities from both a Spiritual and Physical angle.

Passionate about personal development, it was during a training in Luxor, Egypt that she accessed a past-life expertise in working with crystals to engender wellbeing.

This experience led to her founding Essential Sacred Self in 2012. A series of methods based in utilising the power of crystals , alongside breath work and guided meditation, to help create positive change, clarify purpose, and engage the embodiment of pure potential. The essence of self that exists beyond programming, inherited belief and patterns of limitation linked to lived experience.
