About Tala:
Tala is a Palestinian yoga instructor with a passion for decolonizing the wellness industry. At the heart of her classes, yoga is acknowledged as a holistic tool, forging a connection between individuals and their highest selves. The emphasis lies on portraying the practice as a transformative movement meditation.
She uses yoga as a gentle tool to help people befriend their bodies where trauma of the past may be stored. Her classes cultivate a safe space for students to reflect on their inner and outer worlds with love and ease.
Tala invites students to not only move their bodies but also connect with the profound wisdom and heritage that yoga offers for a transformative experience. She is dedicated to educating her students on the true roots of yoga, believing that understanding its origins is crucial for reaping its full benefits.
