Marking the halfway point between Winter Solstice (Yule) and the Spring Equinox (Ostara), Imbolc is a time to celebrate winter drawing to a close and the seeds of new life all around us as we start to prepare for, and welcome in, the Spring.

This period is traditionally associated with a time for anticipation, hope, healing, and purification.

In this 2-hour workshop, we'll nurture our intentions, hopes and plans for the year that will continue to blossom as we move into the Spring. We'll mark this fertile time of year by connecting to the cycles of nature within.

This workshop includes:

• Deep and restorative breath-work connecting us to Imbolc and the cycles of nature

• Yoga and movement designed to support our energetic and physical body at this time of the year
