Imbolc marks the beginning of Spring and with this new beginnings.  

In this beautiful ceremony we will be opening ourselves up to our soul aligned intentions, anchoring this to the energy of new beginnings, creating space for these to nurture and blossom through purifying our bodies of any negative energy thus creating space for our Spring seeds of desire to manifest upon Mother Earth and create magical possibilities.

What to expect: 

Justine and Christian, seasoned healers, will be your facilitators for this profoundly healing event.  They will guide you to embody all the gifts of Imbolc through connecting as a circle, embodying the energy of the collective as you journey together to open up your energy centres, leaving you receptive to the messages and journeys that each individual will enjoy.  We all will be journeying to meet the Goddess Brigid through Shamanic Drumming to receive your own personal message of guidance.  

After this you will be invited to cocoon yourself in comfort to surf the liminal states during a Yoga Nidra guided meditation experience with bespoke sound audio all especially curated for Imbolc, to purify and cleanse any stagnant energy away, leaving you ready to receive and embody the new beginnings that this time brings.  We will finish with securing future intentions through a beautiful ritual, journaling and sharing before the circle closes.

Justine Nagaur is a Spiritual Life Coach & Healer - Empowering empaths and HSP's to understand and manage their energy, emotions, behaviours and responses through 1:1 sessions and group circles. She is also a reiki master, an accredited crystal practitioner, a pranayama breathwork practitioner, sound healer and a yoga Nidra facilitator.
