You may return new and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best). We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 5 working days upon receipt of cleared payment from Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays. Public holidays and industrial action may cause a delay to receiving your goods. If for any reason we envisage a delay we will inform you as soon as we possibly can.
Packages are dispatched within the UK via DPD. Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
