Packages are dispatched within the UK via Royal Mail or DPD couruer service.We want you to love our products, classes and your overall customer experience with us. If you have a problem with your order, please email Fire + Alchemy, including details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or replacement.
You may return new and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best). We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.
