We offer Yoga and meditation events several times a week, each designed to be beginner-friendly. Our diverse offerings include gentle Vinyasa, spiritually enriching ceremonial yoga, dynamic Kundalini practices + enchanting monthly candlelit Yin Yoga with sound. Our Meditation practices combine with past life regression, trauma release work, breathwork + more. Whether you’re brand new to practice or deepening your journey, we're a welcoming space for everyone.

YOGA

We host three weekly yoga classes + a monthly evening session, offering a range of practices including gentle Vinyasa, restorative Yin, ceremonial yoga, + invigorating Kundalini. We also offer monthly combined Yoga, Journalling + Sound events at The Royal Society of Arts.

MEDITATION

Join us in our standalone meditation practices, including online Full Moon + New Moon sessions, or join events that blend meditation with other modalities like Reiki, shamanic journeys, past life work manifestation workshops, breathwork, cacao ceremonies, spiritual classes + more. 

KUNDALINI YOGA

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic practice that blends physical postures, breathwork, and meditation to awaken and elevate your vital energy. It focuses on stimulating the Kundalini energy at the base of the spine, aiming to enhance consciousness, increase vitality, and promote spiritual growth through a holistic, transformative approach.
